Tommy Dzis
Tommy joined Maple Leaf Real Estate after building a career centered around customer service, relationship-building, and a deep connection to Southern Vermont’s outdoor lifestyle. A graduate of the University of New England, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Throughout his career, Tommy has worked in outdoor recreation, sales, and client-focused roles, developing the communication, organization, and problem-solving skills that now help him guide clients through the real estate process.
As a professional fly-fishing guide in Southern Vermont, Tommy has built much of his career around working one-on-one with people, creating memorable experiences, and helping clients feel comfortable and confident in unfamiliar situations. Guiding anglers of all skill levels has taught him the value of patience, preparation, clear communication, and personalized service—qualities that translate naturally to real estate. His time on the water has also given him a strong appreciation for the lifestyle, beauty, and sense of community that make this region such a special place to call home.
Before entering real estate, Tommy also worked at Orvis in Manchester in retail leadership and sales, where he strengthened his ability to listen closely, solve problems, and provide a high level of service tailored to each client’s needs. After earning his Vermont Real Estate License, he joined Maple Leaf Real Estate to combine his passion for helping people with his knowledge of the area and the lifestyle that draws so many people to Southern Vermont.
Tommy understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and he is committed to making the process feel approachable, informed, and rewarding from start to finish. He values honest communication, hard work, and a client-first approach, and takes pride in helping clients feel supported every step of the way.
Tommy lives in Wells with his wife, Julianna, and their dog, Benson. He looks forward to serving clients throughout the region, with a focus on communities from Arlington to Rutland. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time on Vermont’s rivers with a fly rod, hiking local trails, and exploring the small towns, backroads, and landscapes that make the area unique.
Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for a vacation property, or preparing to sell, Tommy looks forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals with professionalism, integrity, and personalized service.
