Lindsey Martin
Born and raised in Bennington, Lindsey took the adventurous route many young Vermonters do—leaving home to explore the world. After graduating Cum Laude with a degree in Graphic Design and Art History, she traveled across the U.S. and even lived abroad, soaking up culture, experience, and inspiration along the way. But like so many who know the magic of Vermont, she felt the pull to return home—and hasn’t looked back since.
Lindsey brings her deep love for Vermont and passion for community into her real estate career, helping others find their perfect place in the Green Mountain State. She’s also put her creative talents to work serving on the Public Relations Committee for the South Central Vermont Board of REALTORS®, blending design with purpose to elevate the local real estate voice.
With over 18 years in the service industry—including her most recent role as a bartender at one of the area’s most respected restaurants—Lindsey has a unique insight into the people and rhythms of southern Vermont. Her ability to connect, communicate, and deliver exceptional service is second nature—whether she’s mixing a perfectly crafted cocktail or guiding a client through the home buying process.
Outside of real estate, Lindsey keeps her curiosity alive with a wide range of interests. She’s the writer, editor, and producer of a true crime and folklore-inspired podcast called Death Walks into a Bar, drawing from her love of history, storytelling, and especially Vermont lore. She’s also a proud member of the Tommaso Redino Mycological Society of North Bennington—yes, she’s a mushroom hunter! Add in skydiving and rescuing kittens (including one adopted from the Maple Leaf Realty office!), and you get a sense of her bold spirit and big heart.
Lindsey is a true professional with a creative eye, strong organizational skills, and a flair for the unexpected. If you’re looking for someone who knows Vermont inside and out—and can make your home buying or selling experience both seamless and enjoyable—Lindsey is the one to call.
