I had the distinct pleasure of working with Angela Bevin at Maple Leaf Realty this summer. As an out of town client, I was taking a huge leap of faith thinking I could accomplish any kind of prelimary search long distance. After just one phone call with Angela I knew I was working with the right person. From the start, Angela took time to get to know all about the particulars of our family’s needs. She asked excellent questions while simultaneously helping us flesh out an understanding of the inventory available for showing. She was thorough in explaining the process, and made herself available for virtual tours as we narrowed down choices. When we met in person, Angela’s warmth was noteworthy, and she continued to gather data about our preferences. Angela could intuit some of the features of properties to highlight for us which may not have been captured fully in a video call. She helped us consider aspects of living spaces we might not have thought of ourselves. She was flexible, kind, and patient in each and every interaction. In the end, the property we purchased was a game changer for us, and one which we might have overlooked were it not for Angela. Our experience with her was nothing short of remarkable!
