Cathy started out as my realtor and ended as my friend. Getting my home ready to sell after suddenly becoming a widow was extremely difficult. Cathy was always available to answer my questions, talk through the process and give advice on getting my home ready to sell. After she sold my home, Cathy was amazing at helping me find my perfect home. It seemed as important to her to find me my perfect home as it was to me. She would give me her honest opinion about a potential property and how she saw me living there. When we walked into the home I ultimately purchased, we both knew it was the one for me. We spent a year “working” together and came away as friends. I am so grateful that she was my realtor and is now my friend.
