Being the same lands and premises as conveyed in a Warranty Deed from New England Power Company to Lino J. Dassatti and Emilia C. Dassatti, dated December 5, 1950 and recorded in Book 26 at Page 641, of the Readsboro, Vermont Land Records, and therein described as follows:

Being the same property conveyed to JEFFREY GULOTTA and MELINDA GULOTTA, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety, by deed dated 11/6/2006 of record in Deed Book 64, Page 548, in the County Clerk’s Office.
