By virtue and in execution of
the Power of Sale contained
in a certain mortgage given
by Robin C. Martinez (now
deceased) to Wells Fargo
Bank, N.A. dated June 9,
2005 and recorded in Volume
421, Page 81 of the
Land Records of the Town
of Bennington, of which
mortgage the undersigned is
the present holder, for
breach of the conditions of
said mortgage and for the
purposes of foreclosing the
same will be sold at Public
Auction at 10:30 A.M. on
October 30, 2013, at 73 Albe
Drive, Bennington, Vermont
all and singular the premises
described in said mortgage:
To Wit:
Being all and the same lands
and premises conveyed to
Robin C. Martinez by virtue
of a Warranty Deed from
Brian Irish and Patricia Ann
Irish dated June 9, 2005 and
recorded June 10, 2005 in
Volume 421, Page 80 of the
Land Records of the Town
of Bennington.
Terms of Sale: $10,000.00
to be paid in cash or cashier’s
check by purchaser at
the time of sale, with the
balance due at closing. The
sale is subject to taxes due
and owing to the Town of
Bennington.
The mortgagor is entitled to
redeem the premises at any
time prior to the sale by paying
the full amount due under
the mortgage, including
the costs and expenses of
the sale.
