Boyd to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Freemont Investment & Loan dated March 29, 2006 and recorded in Book 63 at Page 239 of the Readsboro Land Records, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder by Assignment of Mortgage recorded on February 15, 2012 in Book 73 at Page 192, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 12:00 p.m. on July 12, 2013 at 6987 Main Street, Readsboro, VT 05350 all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, To Wit: A certain lot or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon situated in Readsboro, County of Bennington, and State of Vermont and being bounded and described as follows: Commencing at northwest corner of house on the within premises; Thence in a northeasterly direction one hundred twenty nine feet to large rock; Thence west north west direction one hundred twenty-three feet two inches; Thence south south west fifty two feet; Thence west north west seventy five feet seven inches; Thence south south west fifty feet; Thence west north west twenty nine feet six inches to driveway between house on the within premises and the former post office; Thence along said driveway to main street; Thence southeasterly along main street to driveway between the house on said premises and premises formerly of doctor F.A. Walsh; Thence north easterly along said driveway to the place of beginning. Reference is hereby made to a deed to the mortgagor (s) of near or even date to be recorded herewith. Plaintiff may adjourn this Public Auction one or more times for a total time not exceeding 30 days, without further court order, and without publication or service of a new notice of sale, by announcement of the new sale date to those present at each adjournment.
