Durso, National City Bank, The Landmark at Stratton Owners Association, Inc. and Occupants residing at 19 Village Road, Unit 303, Stratton, Vermont, Defendants NOTICE OF SALE By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Guglielmo Durso, Individually and as Trustee of the Durso Family Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B. dated April 6, 2006 and recorded in Volume 125, Page 221, which mortgage was assigned from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for IndyMac Bank, F.S.B. to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR9, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR9 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated April 1, 2006 by an instrument dated September 22, 2010 and recorded on October 12, 2010 in Volume 146, Page 615 of the Land Records of the Town of Stratton, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purposes of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 1:15 P.M. on July 31, 2013, at 19 Village Road, Unit 303, Stratton, Vermont all and singular the premises described in said mortgage: To Wit: Being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to Guglielmo Durso by virtue of a Condominium Warranty Deed from Ski Stratton Condos, LLC dated December 22, 2004 and recorded February 2, 2005 in Volume 116, Page 88 of the Land Records of the Town of Stratton. Said same lands and premises were further conveyed to Svetlana A. Durso and Guglielmo Durso, Trustee of the Durso Family Trust by virtue of a Quitclaim Deed dated January 8, 2008 and recorded January 10, 2008 in Volume 134, Page 596 of the Land Records of the Town of Stratton. Terms of Sale: $10,000.00 to be paid in cash or cashier’s check by purchaser at the time of sale, with the balance due at closing. The sale is subject to taxes due and owing to the Town of Stratton.
