By virtue and in execution of
the Power of Sale contained
in a certain mortgage given
by Jeaneen Woodie a/k/a
Jeaneen M. Woodie and
Rodger L. Woodie to Wells
Fargo Bank, N.A. dated
June 18, 2007 and recorded
in Volume 445, Page 33 of
the Land Records of the
Town of Bennington, of
which mortgage the undersigned
is the present holder,
for breach of the conditions
of said mortgage and for the
purposes of foreclosing the
same will be sold at Public
Auction at 10:00 A.M. on
October 30, 2013, at 120
Coolidge Avenue, Bennington,
Vermont all and singular
the premises described in
said mortgage:
To Wit:
Being all and the same lands
and premises conveyed to
Rodger L. Woodie, Jr. and
Jeaneen M. Woodie by virtue
of a Warranty Deed from
Noreen A. Tiernan, f/k/a
Noreen Paligo, dated January
12, 1996 and recorded
January 15, 1996 in Volume
O-324, Page 56 of the Town
of Bennington Land Records.
Terms of Sale: $10,000.00
to be paid in cash or cashier’s
check by purchaser at
the time of sale, with the
balance due at closing. The
sale is subject to taxes due
and owing to the Town of
Bennington.
The mortgagor is entitled to
redeem the premises at any
time prior to the sale by paying
the full amount due under
the mortgage, including
the costs and expenses of
the sale.
