This past week, Troy Richardson, Real Estate Instructor spent two days in the Burlington Vermont area as the guest of the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors® (NVBR) at their offices in Williston.
NVBR invited Troy to teach the two-day Accredited Buyer Representative Core Course which starts Realtors on their way to the ABR® Designation.
There were 24 Realtors in the class, and all passed with excellent scores on the final exam. Once they fulfill the other requirements of designation, they will receive their ABR® Designation and the full benefits bestowed on them by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), responsible for administering the Designation.
Accredited Buyer’s Representatives (ABR®) stand for the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. What’s their key to success? They know that you can’t count on the market—you have to count on your skills. ABR® education provides the expertise you need for an edge in serving today’s home buyers.
When you are looking to buy, look for an agent with the ABR® Designation.
Troy Richardson has been licensed real estate agent / broker in Vermont since June of 2006 and a Real Estate Instructor since 2012.
