2008 and recorded in Volume
134, Page 559 of the
Land Records of the Town
of Arlington, of which mortgage
the undersigned is the
present holder, for breach of
the conditions of said mortgage
and for the purposes
of foreclosing the same will
be sold at Public Auction at
8:30 A.M. on October 30,
2013, at 395 Red Mountain
Road, Arlington, Vermont all
and singular the premises
described in said mortgage:
To Wit:
Being all and the same lands
and premises conveyed to
Margaret S. Lampros by virtue
of a Warranty Deed from
Kristen A. Avery dated June
12, 2008 and recorded June
16, 2008 in Volume 134,
Page 557 of the Town of Arlington
Land Records.
Terms of Sale: $10,000.00
to be paid in cash or cashier’s
check by purchaser at
the time of sale, with the
balance due at closing. The
sale is subject to taxes due
and owing to the Town of
Arlington.
The mortgagor is entitled
to redeem the premises at
any time prior to the sale by
paying the full amount due
under the mortgage, including
the costs and expenses
of the sale.
