Keels to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. dated January 23, 2007 and recorded in Book 441 at Page 51 of the City/Town of Bennington Land Records, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder by Assignment of Mortgage recorded on May 6, 2011 in Book 478 at Page 158, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 10:00am on July 12, 2013 at 131 Pine Circle, Bennington, VT 05201 all and singular the premises described in said mortgage,
