By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Glenn Simmons and Leslie Simmons to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Mortgageit, Inc. dated February 16, 2007 and recorded in Volume 268, Page 550, which mortgage was assigned from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Mortgageit, Inc. to US Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Banc of America Funding 2007-6 Trust by an instrument dated June 13, 2008 and recorded on June 19, 2008 in Volume A06, Page 163 of the Land Records of the Town of Dover, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purposes of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 12:15 P.M. on July 31, 2013, at 5 Tennis Village, West Dover, Vermont all and singular the premises described in said mortgage:
Being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to Glenn Simmons and Leslie Simmons by Warranty Deed of Gould C. McIntyre and Joyce K. McIntyre dated February 6, 2004 and recorded February 9, 2004 in Volume 232 at Page 33 of the Land Records of the Town of Dover.
Terms of Sale: $10,000.00 to be paid in cash or cashier’s check by purchaser at the time of sale, with the balance due at closing. The sale is subject to taxes due and owing to the Town of Dover.
The mortgagor is entitled to redeem the premises at any time prior to the sale by paying the full amount due under the mortgage, including the costs and expenses of the sale.
